My boss is big into baking and since Thanksgiving is coming up, he wants to test a lot of his specialties.

I have helped him make pumpkin cranberry bread and two different pumpkin pies (one with purée pumpkin and one with canned pumpkin).

Next week, he said we are trying true pumpkin cranberry bread with purée pumpkin as well as a sweet potato pie.

It is fun when he has time to bake because I get to act as his sous chef, measuring out ingredients – AND he gives me the recipes when he is done 🙂

Baby Eva enjoys being around us too because she often gets given pumpkin or some other snack.
