Some nights I like to just relax and stare at shows
Other nights I like to be productive and check things off my lists
Yesterday was a checklist kind of evening
It made me feel good to know I crossed off quite a few things!
I also had fun because some of the tasks involve creating 🙂
Tonight might be a sitting and staring night though and that’s ok because it’s Friday
It’s important to help your mind with what it needs – if you are anxious trying to relax than switch to focusing on tasks.
