Getting annoyed by small inconveniences
Relying on distractions
Unmotivated
Muddled brain
Procrastination at its finest
Yearning to relax and have fun outside

Today I’ve felt angry or irritated most of the day. Changed my clothes like ten times before going bike riding with my man and our furry bff – I never care about what I wear but felt like being cute to shift my mood but it was a hassle.
Right when we got back, I was grumpy again and mostly been frowning. Don’t want to study or do errands but know I should. Just want to just watch tv and space have more time outside.
Nothing really bothered me when I got up but there was a shift as the morning went on. I’m trying to change it but there may be waiting until tomorrow for the full better mood. *sigh*
Any tips for getting out of a funk?
I’m always in a *funk.* It’s a name thing. LOL! Anyway, I had that kind of day yesterday. Sometimes ya just have to roll w/ it. Yoga may help. A good night’s sleep will help. Some days the struggle is realer than it is other days.

Great photo to accompany your slice–what a grumpy puppy face! If I’m grumpy, I usually need the reset of a brand new day to shift my mood, but sometimes a shower helps too.
