To others, the life of an organized person seems fairly pristine.
From the outside, the life of an organized person knows what they are doing and how to do it so smoothly.
This organized person must always be on top of it.
This organized person is constantly planning.
Internally, the life of an organized person is forcing breaks or relaxation because there is always something to do.
Internally, the life of an organized person is stressed and anxious when there is too much to do thrown in with the plans they had already planned.
The life of an organized person requires choices at times and forced dialogue about missing activities that conflict.
The life of an organized person is only organized chaos when you break down how much is going on inside.
This is a good reminder to look below the surface–or at least not to assume that the surface is an accurate representation.

This is why we mustn’t compare. We never know the whole story. I like how you made this so real.

I am one of those people who looks on enviously at people who are organized! Thanks for helping me recognize that what I see on the surface isn’t necessarily the whole story.
