I love that these birds are so at peace here!

This was near my place down the bike path a bit earlier this year. And I had to stop to take a photo when my dog needed a bathroom break!

Coastal waders are very cool to see 🙂

They look very prehistoric with their long legs and giant beaks, or something out of a cartoon or an anime as an other-worldly creature ha.

Google says these one are called “White Ibis.”I was calling them a type of Egret originally so I’m glad I know the local Long Beach bird now.
