On a whim, I signed up for a contest for a free engagement photo session last week.

The wedding photography company posted it on Instagram, and since I’m engaged, wedding ads pop up now!

Over the weekend, I got an email that we were chosen as finalists:)

We had a call last night with the photographer to get to know us and as a final decision-maker.

DRUM ROLL PLEASE!

My fiancé and I won the contest!!! 😀

We have our session at Joshua National Tree Park in a few weeks, and I’m so pumped because I never win anything haha!

Having that moment with Blake is going to be so fun and romantic – AND our dog Jax appeared on the FaceTime call (just to see what we were focusing on), but she said without being asked that he is welcome to come and be part of it too!!
