Monday means MUSIC in my book!
August was an awesome month! It flew by because of all the important events that occurred in my life 🙂 Some of the songs from this list were ones that appeared on shuffle quite a few times during the road trip – while others came from my fave artists’ newest records, as well as from podcasts that often introduce me to newer songs.
This month has a wide variety of genres, nationalities, and artists. I have accepted that some people might find my music taste peculiar, and that’s okay. I like to share different styles with my readers since music makes me happy!
I broke the Top 12 Tunes into categories below. Feel free to listen on the Music Widget (right side of screen)

WHAT IS SOME MUSIC YOU ARE LISTENING TO AT THE MOMENT?
Thanks for sharing. I’m still just a 70’s hippy. Eagles, America, Simon and Garfunkle and Cat Stevens make up the majority of my listening pleasure. However, Kenny Chesney and Reba are always hanging around. I need to hear the words, not the beat of a song. Because I’m ancient, loud music annoys me.

I love words to songs as well! That’s usually the first thing to draw me in – Simon and garfunkel make such beautiful music 🙂
