Now that’s is coming up on summertime (..!), I know you are all working towards that “beach ‘bod” – well I am going to tell you my remedy for a “balcony bod!”
You really need to do these stretches/exercises every day to get the ULTIMATE BALCONY BOD 😮
– Do 10 tummy tucks a day

– 5 minutes of squats

– 30 second reps of chair lifts

Make sure to do them all while the sun is beaming on your balcony so you can really sweat AND get a tan 🙂
