Earlier this week, I was scrolling through the downloaded music on Plex and came across the band Lots of Hands.

The music is very calming and has a unique way of sucking me into to the sonic world. It was really what I needed without knowing it. I have been wanting to sing along to songs while driving, but didn’t realize the helpfulness of just listening and the need for relaxation.

The song “Alive” was the first I heard in my car.

The song called “Helen’s song” gave me a sense of peace today on a walk around the neighborhood.
