Stu’s surgery story (MARCH SOL 9/31) #sol25

Mama always knew I liked to eat people food from my old life of needing to trash dig sometimes. She often gives me yogurt or little bites of what she is eating.

BUT I don’t think she realized my need to get fed and if I get hungry, I will find something myself.

Earlier in January, when mom got home from her time away seeing family, she needed to rush me in to get X-rays. A few times since she got back, I was puking and there was bits of paper in it.

I consumed a few of these whole..the powder inside is delicious chicken flavored goodness.

She gave me a comfy outfit and a head device and I was confined more at night and really watched over for most of January.

Now I’m doing alot better! Mom keeps saying my tummy has peach fuzz – I was confused why it was naked for a while but I’m happy it’s growing back.

  1. Oh no Stu! These things happen. We have some former trash diggers who have required a lot of catproofing in our house to protect them. He looks so sad in the photo wearing the cone on the bed but he is actually smiling in the next one. He seems like a really great cat.

    1. I’m hoping I won’t have to hide anymore food or treats/packaging but who knows. He was a bit exhausted in the first one you mentioned haha (had more pain meds on board). He is a great kitty
