Why does this prey keep escaping?
I’ve hurt it on my blanket, the dogs’ head, the table – but it’s too quick!
My thumbs and other digits have trapped it…

(My other cat never used to play with toys so it is so fun to see Stu batting string or engaging with laser pointers)

I loved the video of your confused cat! I have one who loves to chase the laser pointer across the entire length of the house, back and forth and back and forth. Out of curiosity, I showed her your video, and she watched your cat, but did not try to bat the second hand dot!

Stu is adorable! We have some cats who love the laser pointer and others who act like they don’t even see it. I love that moment when the dog comes over and shoves his/her face in the action, and Stu is just like NOPE.

All our cats like the laser pointer, but one is really silly with it. She will chase it and all, but the second it touches her paw she meows as if she is offended.
