“Hey Soul Sister, ain’t that Mr. mister”

“Ooh, it’s Kiss by Prince!”

My fiancée (still fun saying that!) discovered a new artist, Vitamin String Quartet, last week.

He started playing one of their instrumental albums, and I had fun trying to guess the song!

It is surprisingly hard when you don’t have the words to singalong or automatically set your mind to a memory.

Some of them were obvious, and others I would hum along but couldn’t pull the name of the actual song out (which was frustrating haha!)

Prince’s Kiss had so much character, and I actually think I like it more than the original – the violin that does the iconic “KISS!” line makes me smile and laugh 🙂
