Beep beep! Beep beep!
“ugh, where’s the snooze button?” (hits phone)
Beep beep! Beep beep!
*sighs* “it can’t be time yet” (hits phone)

Mowwww mowwww!
“shh Patch, it’s too early”
Mowwww mowwww!
*sighs* “ok, I’ll feed you but then I’m going to sleep until my alarm”
(looks at clock while out of bed…)
“6:45?! Oh shit, I’m going to be late!”
later that day
“I slept through my alarm this morning. Patches woke me up when I am usually already in the car because he was so hungry”
“Wow, lucky you have a cat then!”
Haha this post made me laugh. We have friends that we stay with sometimes that have very reliable cat alarm clocks.

They are all about routine! I have never slept through my alarm so I’m really glad he was there :p

Having a pet is that second alarm. My dog is the same way, but a bit too patient. She let me hit my snooze for two hours this morning! Good thing I had a conference today, with a late start time. I’m pretty worried for tomorrow.

Ya unless the dog has to use the bathroom, they let you sleep. Cats just get louder if you don’t notice they need something ha – set multiple alarms or move your phone farther away..that’s what I’m going to do (just in case the cat isn’t as on point)
