A week ago (to end the road trip with a fun night out) Nathan and I went to the Decemberists show 🙂 I bought the tickets back in April when they first went on sale – so we planned the trip to make sure we did NOT miss the concert. I had seen the Decemberists back in their hometown at least once, but really wanted Nathan to experience their energy. They played shorter than I would have liked, since it was a weekday and the venue is outdoors in a neighborhood. The Decemberists have such talent from mellower folk songs to rocky anthems!
