Something about the shorter weeks at school can make them MUCH harder. All my students were hyped-up and the aggressive ones were even more so.. yesterday afternoon, there will 20 more minutes left and I had three students SCREAMING – one because she got hit by someone else, one because he was being punished for hitting, and one because she didn’t want to be where she was assigned for rotations.

When 2:30 rolled around today, I couldn’t have been happier! Also today was a fairly good day. No fights and only one tantrum (that’s good haha).

I’m excited to blow off some steam with friends tonight and tomorrow – one of whom I haven’t seen in like a month 😮 Also plan to get much needed sleep!
