Inquisitive Quotes: Day 1 of 15 day challenge (153/365) #blogaday

I saw this challenge on a blog I follow (The Inner Circle) and wanted to do it as well!

My favorite quote is “where words fail, music speaks” from Hans Christian Andersen. I have such a strong connection to music and lyrics impacting my mood and how I see certain things.

This quote clicks with me because sometimes I don’t have the words for how I am feeling or what is on my mind, but I know that listening to a calm song or an upbeat tune can get what I need to say/feel across.

A fun fact about this quote is that I got given a gift from a coworker after subbing for their classroom and she gave me a mug with this quote on it – without knowing that I love it 😮 I think that is intriguing because she must have seen it and thought of me.

I am really looking forward to the rest of this challenge! Also feel free to share you favorite quote with me if you want 🙂

  2. So, one of my favorite quotes is from my Buddhist teaching, “Winter always turn to spring”. This lifts me up and makes me hopeful no matter how hard things are, even now, that they will turn around eventually.
