In my book, it’s always important to plan ahead and make lists when traveling. It helps calm my brain by checking everything off and knowing that things are ready to go!
Nathan and I are going camping this weekend for my birthday – there were a lot of moving parts before we are able to go (picking what food to buy to cook over a fire, buying the supplies, setting Patches up for his long weekend without us, loading up the car, etc).
I feel like we have done everything now, but my body is always amped and semi-anxious the night before and morning of until we are on the road.
One thing we know is that our tent works!
