First off, I only have 74 more posts to do for the #blogaday challenge!
For this post, I wanted to talk about a healthier version of chocolate called cacao. I have had it as cacao nibs in my yogurt and in smoothie as cacao powder. It is really delicious!
It doesn’t have any added sugar so it is an intense taste if you try to just have it on its own. But I really enjoy it as a more beneficial version of chocolate 🙂
