A friend of mine posted this (she did not write it). I really like the use of a popular children’s book “Brown Bear, Brown Bear.”
It is monumental for young children to see someone who looks like them doing the seemingly unachievable.
I am not a woman of a color, but I understand the importance that this brings. Being a woman, I am still positively influenced by Kamala Harris becoming the first female Vice President.
Be proud of your race, gender, sexual orientation, and simply who you are!
