A Connection to Culture (310/365) #blogaday

A friend of mine posted this (she did not write it). I really like the use of a popular children’s book “Brown Bear, Brown Bear.”

It is monumental for young children to see someone who looks like them doing the seemingly unachievable.

I am not a woman of a color, but I understand the importance that this brings. Being a woman, I am still positively influenced by Kamala Harris becoming the first female Vice President.

Be proud of your race, gender, sexual orientation, and simply who you are!

  1. Hi Hannah,
What an exciting time for the USA 🇺🇸 So happy with the outcome of this presidential election. Plus, Jill Biden, a working 1st Lady, as an educator. Breathing a great sigh of relief. 💖 Lori
