I got to help my mom cook the Christmas Dinner this year! I’m excited I got to start learning how she does it 🙂
Since we are British, Christmas looks similar to an American Thanksgiving with a turkey, stuffing, veggies, cranberry sauce, and sausages.
It was really nice to bond with her and be helpful since she always does SO MUCH for us!

I bet your mom was thrilled for your help and interest. I never can make everything finish at the same time. Cooking is a fine art and I’m one of those 70 year old grandmas.

I hope so, I was thrilled 🙂 Yea! There was a timeline in her cookbook with “when you want to eat” and then reversing the time all the way up to prepping
