Last weekend, after the 5k, there were volunteers giving out bananas, yogurt, power juices, and protein shakes. I am not a big juice person, but if a shake is good, I will drink for a meal. We were given Nesquik chocolate and it was so delicious!! And as you can see in the image below, it has 23 grams of protein – you are meant to drink it for two meals (half and half) because it is so filling. It did not taste chunky or powdery, which is a huge bonus. It tasted like thicker chocolate milk 🙂 I highly recommend it for breakfast.
