I don’t know how, but I kept forgetting to post about the decadent dessert I was given on Valentine’s Day by Nathan! 😮

He made a whole dinner of my favorites actually (pesto gnocchi, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, and a s’mores pie)

HOWEVER, this post is all about the delicious dessert – it was made of gooey chocolate pudding, graham cracker crust, and a bunch of marshmallows mixed in and on top! It was set in the fridge for about 40 minutes then baked for about 20 to let everything melt a little bit..mmmmy mouth is watering just describing it again.

This dessert needs to be made again because I’ve been dreaming of it since February 14 ha. Great job Nathan!
