We have secret pal’s at my school between the teachers and every month you buy them a small something. We fill out a survey at the beginning of the year with some questions about yourself (favorite food, candy, coffee, movie, etc). It is nice to get a little something on your desk or in your mailbox 🙂 This month, my secret pal was on point! I received three boxes of macaroni and cheese (different flavors) – this is my guilty pleasure for dinner sometimes haha.

I love this idea! It would be so uplifting to get a small gift each month. And, I’m sure it’s great for team-building among the staff.

There is a teacher in charge of sending a reminder email close to the end of each month – but you just give two the next month and it’s fine
