A good night sleep can mean different things to everyone. The amount of sleep versus uninterrupted sleep. Sometimes I can get less sleep as long as it’s sustained sleep. For me, waking up multiple times during the night can make me feel ill because I never really settled. I need 6–10 hours sleep to function properly and I usually try to get at least 8 – that way if it is interrupted, hopefully I still slept for a fair portion of hours.
