March SOL#30: Baking on the fly! (Day 85/365)

Yesterday, I googled “Chocolate chip cookies without sugar recipe.”

I ran out of sugar and was feeling too lazy to go the store, but had the other needed ingredients for baking.

I remembered you could use honey instead of sugar to make something healthier! The recipe I used is below:

Honey Sweetened Chocolate Chip Cookies

They are a bit sandy in texture. I think this is from over-mixing when adding the flour, or waiting too long when adding dry ingredients and the wet portion became more solidified.

I also like to use a cupcake tin with my cookies since they don’t get as thin 🙂

They still taste fairly good!
