Music is a crucial part of working out – it helps get you in the right mindset to reach your goals, as well as mellow you during cool down stretches. When I worked out today, my phone must have be in sync with the elliptical 😮 Every song that came on was perfect for the section of the interval workout I selected. Since it was so ideal, I wanted to share it with all of you!
THE ORDER IS IMPORTANT (first song, middle song, cool down)
1. “I’m shakin” Jack White
“Paralyzed” Hanni El Khatib
“Freakin out” Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears
“World on Sticks” Sam Phillips
“The Fog” Overcoats
“Muddy Waters” LP
7. “Garage Soul” Jack Wood
“Great DJ” Ting Tings
“Way We Won’t” Grandaddy
“You and I” Margaret Glaspy
“Chaos systems” Sundays Cybele
“East Virginia Blues” Dawg Yawp
“Soul Makossa” Manu Dibango
14. “Work” Charlotte Day WIlson
I hope this workout playlist 2017 helps you stay motivated (while also enjoying the songs)!

I always find it difficult to get a list of songs for a work out. I will go through these and check how it correlates with my work out. I find motivating songs during workouts boost your mental and physical state to do more. Like for example rocky two theme music !!!!
Would surely listen someday. But you should add more songs in next blog.
I have a pair of Spotify playlists that I use when I write, movie scores and a mixed tape of favorite tunes. Both are two big to list but I enjoyed yours.
