I am almost half way with the 30 days of Yoga Camp with Adriene – just hit day 13! It has been tough some days to squeeze it in, or if my body is particularly sore, but I do feel more relaxed after each session. I think it also helps me get enough oxygen to my muscles because I am breathing so deeply. I love the parts where the body can be relaxed in certain poses. Just thought I’d share my progress 🙂
