I have three more days left of the blogilates challenge!! It is really nice to be consistent with a workout 🙂 And it is very short since you just do two exercises of twenty reps each. I feel like my body is a bit more toned as well from doing abs and legs often.
I have been mostly timing the blogilates before or after I complete my blog post for the day (so I won’t forget). It will be nice only having to do one challenge each day haha.
