Salute to scones (80/365) #blogaday MARCH SOL 24/31

We are big “Great British Bakeoff” watching family 🙂 My mom and I have gotten into baking breads and cakes often. Since we are stuck indoors, I thought I would try making scones. We are British and love afternoon tea, so I have always wanted to dabble in my roots. Mom has made them before too which means she could help! I made them yesterday and they turned out pretty good – a bit on the small side, but they look right and it was cool seeing them puff up in the oven 😮
