Today I read a post on my friend (for over a decade’s) website that really spoke to me!
It was all about being ok with giving yourself downtime in this quarantine world. Even though you plan to do many different activities with your free time (if you are working or not), you have to be fine with giving yourself a break when you can’t focus. It is really healthy for your mind and body not to be stressed 🙂
