Having fun and getting fit! (124/365) #blogaday

I did my second Popsugar Fitness class on Monday and it was another great workout! My friend was definitely right that they are tough, but make you feel amazing and stronger 🙂 I completed one of the Barre method classes – it was actually taught by the woman who created “Barre Bell,” which was very cool! I enjoyed doing Barre with my sister and at my gym, but it is definitely intense (I nearly fainted the first class I took with Helen haha!) I would recommend doing this exercise video, but taking breaks when you need to drink water and breathe more by pausing it.
