As I hear “Tutti Frutti, “Long Tall Sally,” “Slippin and Slidin,” and “Lucille,” my body starts movin’ and groovin! I can’t help but shake my hips, bob my head, and sing the words.

I am sent back to a simpler time of childhood listening to music with my dad and soaking it all in 🙂

Little Richard is a prominent part of music I listened to while growing up and I had the chance today to bring those songs back into my life. Unfortunately, it was with his passing and a tribute episode of “All Songs Considered” – BUT he was a legend of his time and I highly recommend listening to the episode to hear ten of his iconic songs and learn a bit about of his life.
