Impressions of Parmesan (169/365) #blogaday

After watching MULTITUDES of cooking shows, I noticed how many of them were cooking Parmesan crisps to put on top of salads or on the side of their dish. It didn’t look difficult at all!

I kept talking about it but never actually bought Parmigiano-Reggiano. Then I finally did 🙂

Very simple! You grate the cheese and place the pieces into round shapes. Then bake for 3-5 minutes at 400 degrees F. I overbaked mine a little bit, but they still tasted really good 😮
