Today, my brain was barely functioning even though I got enough sleep 😮
I still did my Zumba but was definitely not full out with the dance moves – jumping was more like light hopping haha!
But it still felt good to see the instructor and she did a song I requested which was fun 🙂
Nathan mentioned afterwards that it is still good to show up for your workout even you are barely present with the moves – you are still sticking to your workout routine.
I was kind of dreading going to the pool today, but I went and feel better for it afterwards. Good for you to making your Zumba class!
