Gotta grab a plate and some slices

OH SHOOT! I put the blue plate with gold foil rim in the microwave…!
Phew – I caught it quick enough for only a tiny flame to have burned the plate..
We’ve had those plates since our wedding almost two years ago, and I have been aware about not putting them in the microwave until now haha

I hope you were able to enjoy your pizza. We have some wedding plates with platinum mixed in with our basics and each time, I too have to pause and think.

Yes the pizza was unscathed! It was a few seconds and then k heard the spark haha. Just swapped the plate and pizza was safe
