I was feeling sore yesterday after work, and decided to do some yoga. I always love Madi Morrison’s channel because they are short and simple to follow! I really felt reset after this video and able to continue my evening activities 🙂

  1. I understand how stretching made you feel better. I’ve added in 15 minutes of yoga a night lately. I had very tight hamstrings and this is helping relieve pain in my knee and lower back. Thanks for sharing the video.
