I have been so sore lately from the way I slept and probably some stress too.
I want to try to do weekly yoga every few days because it is really good for me to stretch away the tension from my shoulders and neck.
I just did some and it felt so nice!
10-20 mins max is good for me to not get bored or too sore from over-exerting.

Do you have a favorite form of allowing your body to relax?
Keep it up. Your older self will thank you. I’m afraid these days it is only chair yoga for me though.

I try and get to a therapy pool once a week or more. I do some exercises and then decompress in the deep end to pull stress out of my spine. It makes me tired but it really feels good. I have watched a few chair yoga videos and so far have not really found the right fit to do on a regular basis.
