Yoga your way (Day 88/365)

I felt particularly sore in my shoulders and neck today.

Since I had some extra time after showering and walking Jax a couples rounds in the neighborhood, I decided to do one of my favorite stretching YouTube videos.

As I moved on from the provided neck stretches to the sections for the rest of my body, I noticed that I was tight almost everywhere!

So even the places that weren’t actively sore benefited from this yoga session 🙂

I love Maddy Morrison as my go-to because it’s very calm and simple moves to relaxing music.

Here is the one I chose today – I often rotate between a few of the 10-15 minute stretching videos.
