I would describe the music I enjoy as more alternative. There is a festival that I have been yearning to attend for years called South by Southwest – it’s in Austin, Texas and has tons of Indie bands playing in interesting venues all across the city (churches, restaurants, alleyways, etc). All Somgs Considered is an NPR music podcast that covers the festival every year.

There are often many artists that I become fascinated by after listening to the episodes on the festival – they play a few songs and talk about the genre of music. This year, it got me thinking about the vast number of bands in the world! I am always discovering new artists and spreading my music listening roots. It makes me happy that there will always be music out there 🙂
