Burst of flavor as it hits my tongue –
Longing to eat, but the last bite is gone.
Need the ingredients so I can replicate
Can’t believe what I just ate!
Potatoes so creamy they make my heart sing
Veggies, pumpkin seeds, and cheese to add the zing
Memories of brunch still stuck in my mind
Time to go back, I must find.

Sorry :p The potato cakes were very good! I ate one for brunch at the restaurant, and had one for leftover lunch today – it was just as good! Definitely getting it again
