Sleep cycles (126/365) #blogaday

It’s interesting how easily your sleep schedule can shift. When I was up at 630 for teaching, I would get tired and go to bed between 10 and 11 (sometimes even 930!) But now, I am finding myself staying up past 2 AM and sleeping in until noon.

It really throws the day off when there is less time to fill with activities that I have planned via my goal schedule.

Today I’m feeling a bit pressured because I didn’t have time on Thursday or Friday to write my story, so I am “supposed to” be adding writing to today’s tasks but there is also the online art class.

The day is just zooming past me and I haven’t done any of the things..! Nathan and I did a hike since trails opened up today though 🙂 I’ll see what I can fit in to the rest of the day, or have motivation to do!
