On Wednesday’s, I have been doing Zumba via zoom for over a month (I was doing it on Saturday mornings but the timing was difficult).
Anyway, tonight I am feeling very lethargic and wasn’t very motivated to do the class. But even though my energy was low, I still joined the video and had a good time! I wasn’t doing it each move to the fullest, but I was present and smiling and laughing when the instructor called me out 🙂
With workouts, it is good to sometimes take a break if your body doesn’t feel like it; however, usually pushing yourself to complete the class is worth it.
Good for you! I know I feel better after a trip to the pool no matter how bad I feel going in. Maybe I come out tired, but it is a well earned rest then afterwards.
