Authenticity in food (14/31 MARCH SOLSC) #sol22

Yesterday, I went to an Ethiopian vegan restaurant with Nathan, his sister and his cousin.

We had “The Feast” for four people.

It was a very delicious and unique!

They never gave us utensils, but there was a spread of different vegetables and chutneys with a tortilla-like bread. You were meant to scoop and make little wraps.

I loved how this restaurant didn’t shy away from being authentic!
