Stretching for the soul (DAY 14/31 MARCH SOL)

I had planned to do a workout at our apartment gym but my body was still very sore from my cardio dance session on Saturday night.

I decided to listen to my body and do a simple stretching video instead. I’ll see on Thursday morning if I’m feeling more up to my workout.

I love this video because it is has such calming songs along with it and just simple holding of poses do stretch for 15 minutes.
