I understand how stretching made you feel better. I’ve added in 15 minutes of yoga a night lately. I had very tight hamstrings and this is helping relieve pain in my knee and lower back. Thanks for sharing the video.

My shoulders and neck are always my main stress holders. And I use them alot at work holding down animals. I want to try to do yoga every couple nights
