I know I sleep in strange positions usually involving my shoulders all tight and squished, and laying on one side most of the night.
Today my neck and shoulders are very sore..
I stretched in the child pose last night, which I have started to do most nights because it helps relax my mind and body before bed.
But I am still often in pain as the day goes on..
(I don’t have a pic of me sleeping but my kitten is quite adorable snoozing at the edge of the bed haha!)
*also the way her arms are tucked in isn’t too far off from how I sleep..yikes! Just imagine that position laying on its side for myself*
I hope either yoga or your cat offers some relief to your pain.

I’m sorry you’re so sore today! I didn’t sleep well at all last night, so I’m a little sore also. Your cat is adorable.

I bought a curved pillow to help me sleep better. I still have to think about my position as I start to fall asleep. It seems if I don’t that, I’m more likely to end up sore.
