Earlier this week, I made Nathan and myself some zucchini pasta using my Veggetti. We added a delicious fettuccine-like sauce. BUT on my drive home, I was thinking about what I could add to the dish so it would have more pizzazz! Since it is so trendy now (and my hometown loves adding it), I put a fried egg on top 😮 It made me feel very sophisticated and was scrumptious!
That meal had vegetables, dairy, and protein all in one simple plate 🙂 #healthy
