Simple Salmon (121/365) #blogaday

Step 1: Squeeze two halves of a lemon into a sauté pan with some olive oil

Step 2: Once it’s hot, add the salmon

Step 3: Sear salmon on both sides for about 5 minutes

Step 4: While that is cooking (or turn it off but with a lid on top), chop a zucchini and sauté until slightly charred – feel free to add whatever spices you would like!

Step 5: Put bag of Uncle Ben’s microwave brown rice in the microwave – I live buy this stuff because it’s so fast haha 😮

Step 6: Plate! Rice on the bottom as a bed for the salmon, and zucchini next to it

Step 7: Enjoy 😉
