For about a month, I have been skipping out on my Saturday morning Zumba session via zoom – I got used to stay up late (like past midnight or one AM) and waking up for 9 am was rough..!
But this past weekend, I made myself get up even if I was tired and it felt great 🙂 The instructor called me out in a very happy way, and right away I was smiling and laughing.
I was definitely tired the rest of the day, but it helped me adjust my sleep schedule back to normal in time for the work week to start again for me.
It can be hard to stay motivated and get up for something like a morning workout, but it feels great when you actually do!
