I don’t have a picture of the oatmeal cookies, but they look pretty much like regular baked cookies ha. I decided to add Heath Bar crumbles to them because we bought them for our camping trip to Joshua Tree to go with bananas cooked in the fire – we didn’t end up making that dessert on our trip, so I had to use them in something 🙂

I have been collecting various recipes from either other blogs I follow or instagram, and saving them into my notes called Recipes to Try. I started with the PB sandwich cookies and then also made sweet potato tots. BUT it had been a while since either of those, and I go through waves of wanting to bake.
